The sun is warming things up at the farm . . . . the hoop houses are snug in their fluffy white insulation (keeping the drafts out near the ground) and the clear plastic house was up to 70 degrees! The chickens are happily laying lots of eggs in the barn (Mom said to keep their feed dry!). And the seed catalogs are beginning to show up in the mail. Remember to sign up for your local CSA (in Peoria that would be the Good Earth Food Alliance!).
On the Lampwork Scene: I met a nice young man who I think will do some close up photography for me — and some computer tweeking/labeling of said photos . . . or show me how to . . . anyway — I’m hoping January will bring some changes to the twisted chicken!
